We count each person once across every event you run in a rolling twelve months. The same rigger working five of your shows is one person, not five.
WHAT YOU DON'T GET
Twelve months of retention and no exportable audit trail. Run your whole season on it. You just cannot prove afterwards that any of it happened.
If you need to hand an inspector, a licensing officer or an insurer a record of who was on site and who approved them, that is the paid tiers. Everything else is the same.
