50 WORDS

100 WORDS

Bloop is UK-built software for running live events. It puts accreditation, entry, crew and compliance on a single live list, so a change made once is true on every gate sheet, every scanner and every printout. Scans keep going through connectivity dropouts and sync when the signal returns, which matters in fields, docks and basements. Suppliers and crew fill in their own details through self-service portals, so event teams review exceptions rather than typing names. Festivals, venues, arenas, touring productions and exhibitions use it. Bloop is a product of Templar Works Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17239871.

200 WORDS

Bloop is UK-built software for running live events: accreditation, entry, crew and compliance on one live list. It was built by people who run live operations, on greenfield sites where connectivity dies the moment the campsite opens. Every live event runs on a list of who is allowed where. Traditionally that list is a spreadsheet, forked across departments and printed before it is final, which is why the pass at the stage door disagrees with the matrix in the production office. Bloop makes the list the single source: change it once and every gate sheet, scanner and printout changes with it. Scans keep going through dropouts and sync when signal returns, with the queue depth visible to the operator. Suppliers and individual crew complete their own accreditation through self-service portals with document requirements enforced at the point of application, so event teams review exceptions instead of re-keying names. The same records — who was accredited, who was inducted, who was actually on site — accumulate as a by-product, which is what the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 will expect operators to be able to show from spring 2027. Bloop is a product of Templar Works Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17239871.
