No. Suppliers get a magic link to a self-service portal, and each crew member gets a per-person magic link. No password, no account, no app — they open a link in any browser and fill in their own details.

Structured data lives in MySQL; documents and photos live in S3-compatible object storage (AWS S3, Cloudflare R2, Backblaze B2 or MinIO), so encryption at rest and data residency follow the bucket and region you choose.
