Why a 3-month minimum?
Accreditation runs on an event cycle, not a calendar month. A 3-month window covers setup, ramp and one show — long enough to land the workflow properly and short enough that you're not committing to a year on day one.
How does the annual discount work?
Pay for twelve months up front and pay the lower rate for the whole term — roughly £100–£200 off per month, depending on plan. Switch plans at renewal, no penalty for going up a tier mid-term.
What counts as a credential?
Any accredited person on your event — crew, performer, supplier, guest. We count distinct people across the event, not gate scans. The same person across multiple show days is one credential.
What if my event is bigger than the plan I'm on?
You can move up a tier at any time, prorated to the rest of your term. Or for one-off larger shows we'll do a single-event uplift — talk to us and we'll scope it.
Do you offer a free trial?
Not a self-serve trial — accreditation is too operationally sensitive for that. Instead we do a free 30-minute walkthrough on a sample event of your size, and a 14-day paid pilot with money-back if it isn't right.
How does support work?
Production gets email support with a 24-hour response. Festival is priority support, 4-hour response. Tour is a named CSM and 1-hour response for critical issues, 24/7 across show days.
What about implementation?
Every plan includes a 30-minute onboarding walkthrough. Festival adds template setup and supplier-import help. Tour includes a structured rollout plan and on-site presence for your headline events.
