The compliance pack
£250 a month on a 12-month plan, or £2,500 a year, on any paid tier.
Flat rather than banded, because the duty is binary. An 800 capacity show with 80 crew carries the same exposure as a festival with 2,000.

No. Free is free for good, up to 100 team a year, with no card and no term. It carries the whole platform, audit trail included, because the tiers differ by team size only.
Yes. Every paid tier is a 12-month plan, billed monthly by Direct Debit or card, or paid yearly up front for two months free. The 12 months start when you carry on after your first event, which is free.
Nothing already issued stops working and no gate locks. We tell you at 80% and 95% of your limit, paid tiers get 10% headroom, and invites are never blocked in the week of a show. Past that, you move up a tier straight away, charged pro rata for the rest of your 12 months.
Sign a paid plan before 1 April 2027 and your price is locked for two years, which is two 12-month terms. If you grow into a bigger tier, you pay that tier's early-access price.
Yes, with 30 days' notice before your renewal date. The remaining months of a 12-month plan stay payable, and moving down a tier happens at renewal.
