How it works
From first call to next year's template.
Seven steps, in the order a season actually runs. Open any step to see what it looks like on a spreadsheet, and what it looks like on Bloop.
Running gates at festivals, arenas, touring, venues, exhibitions, brand activations, street parties, conferences.Advance, build, show, close.
7 steps
The whole arc, in order.
Thirty minutes on your event, not a deck. One email afterwards, not a sequence.
Without Bloop:
A sales deck, a follow-up sequence, and a trial account you have to set up alone.
With Bloop:
Thirty minutes on the event you are most worried about, run through Bloop live. One email afterwards, not a sequence.
Bring your spreadsheet. Roles, zones and people come in without re-keying.
Without Bloop:
Retyping last year’s names, pass types and zones into whichever tool you are trying this year.
With Bloop:
Import the spreadsheet you already have by CSV, and we do the first one with you. Onboarding and migration are free.
Roles down the side, zones across the top. This is the rulebook every gate reads.
Without Bloop:
A zone grid in one tab, gate sheets in another, and laminates printed from a version nobody can find.
With Bloop:
One access matrix. Every door sheet, scanner and laminate template reads from it, and version history shows who changed what and when.
Applications and supplier portals collect insurance, RAMS and inductions before anyone arrives.
Without Bloop:
Chasing certificates by email in the week of the show, with attachments called final_FINAL_v3.xlsx.
With Bloop:
Branded application forms per group and a portal per supplier. Suppliers keep their own document pack, and Bloop flags anything nearing expiry.
QR, NFC or both, straight into Apple Wallet. A pass only works while its conditions are met.
Without Bloop:
A laminate that still opens the gate the morning after its holder’s induction lapsed.
With Bloop:
Serial-numbered passes that trace to a person. Induction expiry, credential status and show stop gate the scan, online and offline.
Gates scan with or without signal. Live counts, guest lists and catering covers from the same record.
Without Bloop:
A lane that stops when the mast falls over, and six radios telling event control six different numbers.
With Bloop:
Gates keep scanning without signal and catch up when it returns. Event control sees live entry counts per entrance.
Reconcile, sync purchase orders to Xero, keep the audit trail and roll the event into next year’s template.
Without Bloop:
Finding out what the show cost weeks after the trucks leave, and starting next year from a blank sheet.
With Bloop:
Spend committed as it happened, synced to Xero. Every scan, approval and change logged, and the event carried forward as a template.

Before you start
Yes, by CSV, and we help with the first one. Most events arrive with a spreadsheet that already holds the names, the pass types and half the matrix, and starting from it is faster than starting from nothing. Onboarding and migration are free.
A first event is typically live within days: import your current spreadsheet by CSV, set pass types and zones, and invite suppliers. Venues and tours carry their zones, roles and approval chains forward as a template, so the next show takes minutes rather than a day.
Scans keep going. Every decision is recorded with its reason, and the record catches up the moment the network returns. Nobody is let in on a guess.
Gates and scanningWe count each team member once across every event you run in a year. The same rigger working five of your shows is one person, not five. Suppliers and crew never pay. We do not count passes issued, events, admin users, ticketed attendees. Free up to 100 team a year, then from £75 a month, and one licence covers every event you run.
See pricingNo. Free is free for good, up to 100 team a year, with no card and no term. It carries the whole platform, audit trail included, because the tiers differ by team size only.
