Connect Xero and Bloop pulls invoice lines into your event spend, placing them against budget lines so planned, committed and actual sit on one screen during the build, not in a reconciliation two months later.

Bills from Xero are pulled in and placed against the budget line they belong to.

Exceptions
Anything Bloop cannot place confidently is surfaced as an exception for a human to decide, rather than guessed at.
SETTING IT UP
- Connect from Settings → Xero. Standard OAuth: you approve the connection in Xero.
- Map your chart of accounts to Bloop budget lines once.
- Pull actuals from a budget whenever you want the current picture.
WHERE IT STOPS
- Bloop pulls FROM Xero. It does not push invoices into Xero; purchase orders stay in Bloop until you raise the bill.
- Placement is by your account mapping. A line Bloop cannot place waits for you rather than landing somewhere plausible.
- Access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted, never in plain text.
