INTEGRATION: THE SPREADSHEET YOU KEEP
Google Sheets, because your production bible isn't moving.
Some spreadsheets deserve to survive. Bloop reads your master schedule out of Google Sheets so crew see it in their portal, and writes facilities orders and approved delivery bookings back into the production workbook your team already lives in.
WHAT MOVES, AND WHICH WAY
→ INTO BLOOP
Master schedule
Your timeline sheet is read into Bloop and shown to crew and suppliers in their own portals, next to their pass.
→ OUT OF BLOOP
Facilities orders and delivery bookings
Submitted orders and approved delivery slots are appended to your production workbook.
SETTING IT UP
- Share the sheet with the Bloop service account (read for the schedule, edit for the workbook it writes to).
- Paste the sheet id into the event schedule settings.
- Choose which tab and column range the schedule lives in.
WHERE IT STOPS
- The schedule is read on a cycle, not live-edited. Bloop mirrors the sheet; it does not become the sheet.
- Delivery notes written back include the booking contact name and phone, so treat that workbook as carrying personal data.
- One service account per deployment; access is whatever you share with it and nothing more.
