WHO IT'S FOR
Built for a specific job. Wrong for several others.
Independent promoters, festivals, venues and production companies running multiple events a year on temporary or hired sites, 800 to 30,000 capacity, with no procurement department and no IT lead.
YOU WILL RECOGNISE YOURSELF IF
- You run more than one event a year, and the crew overlap between them.
- Your site is temporary or hired, so the access rules change between the build and the show.
- Accreditation is somebody's job on top of their actual job.
- Your gates are somewhere the signal is unreliable, or absent.
- Nobody in your organisation is going to run a six month procurement process.
NOT FOR YOU IF
Three kinds of operation should not buy this.
We would rather you find this out here than four weeks into a build.
Conferences and trade shows
You need registration, session tracks, lead capture and an attendee app. That is a different product and Cvent, Swapcard and Bizzabo build it properly. Bloop accredits crew, contractors and artists. It is not a registration platform.
Permanent stadiums with installed turnstiles
If you have fixed access control wired into the building, your accreditation system needs to talk to that hardware. Ours does not. Accredit Solutions and the tier-one vendors do this properly and have the reference list to prove it.
A single one-off event
Run it on the free tier and pay us nothing. One event, a few hundred people, no season to spread the cost over: our paid pricing is built for operators running five shows a year, and it will not pay for itself on one. Take the free tier and good luck with it.
Running one event? Take the free tier and pay us nothing.
Up to 100 people, unlimited events, offline scanning, no card. Our paid pricing is built for operators spreading the cost over a season, and it will not pay for itself on a single show. We would rather have you on the free tier now than sell you something that does not fit.
