ZONE: DUE DILIGENCE
Bloop and FestivalPro.
Their tiers gate on user seats, and festivals grow sideways. The moment your production team, your security manager and your bar lead all need access, the tier you bought stops fitting.
WHAT FESTIVALPRO IS GOOD AT
Breadth for the money, and a long history in the festival market. Their lower tiers are genuinely cheap compared with anything else that covers this much ground, and they cover territory Bloop does not, including vendor invoicing and bulk email to your database from inside the same product.
PICK THEM IF
One or two people run your accreditation and you want the widest feature set at the lowest monthly cost. Or you want ticketing, vendor invoicing and bulk mail in the same system, which we deliberately do not do.
PICK BLOOP IF
More than a handful of people need access, because we do not price on seats and they do. Or your gates lose signal. Or you would rather not pay a percentage on transactions.
SIDE BY SIDE
Every row cites the page it came from.
Our column is checkable in the product. Theirs is what they publish about themselves, with a link to the page and the date we read it. Where their material does not cover something, the row says so rather than guessing in our favour.

IF YOU MOVED
What moving actually involves.
- 01Export your artist, crew, vendor and supplier records.
- 02Import to Bloop. Bring the whole team in, since seats are not metered.
- 03Ticketing and vendor invoicing do not come with you. Bloop validates See Tickets scans at the gate but does not sell tickets or raise vendor invoices, and you should plan for that before moving.
- 04Test on the free tier first.
