Almost always the same reason: the price is per event, and you run more than one event. A tour or a season multiplies a number that looked reasonable for a single festival.
WHAT EVENTREE IS GOOD AT
Festival accreditation and advancing, in the UK, done properly. They publish their prices, which almost nobody in this category does, and their feature list is the real job rather than a conference product with a lanyard bolted on. If you run one large annual festival, they are a serious answer and we would tell you so.
PICK THEM IF
You run one big event a year and the per-event price is simply the price of that event. You want catering, linked wristbands and passouts as shipped features today rather than on a roadmap. Or you want a supplier who has been doing UK festival accreditation for years rather than one incorporated in 2026.
PICK BLOOP IF
You run a season, a tour or a venue programme, because our meter counts unique people once across everything you run and theirs is priced per event. Or your gates are somewhere the signal dies, because offline scanning is the condition Bloop was built in and is not something their public pages address.

- 02Import it into Bloop. Pass types, zones and access rules are set up as part of the import rather than after it.
- 03Run one show in parallel if you want to. The free tier covers up to 100 unique people, so a small build or a single stage costs nothing to test.
- 04Nothing is deleted at their end by moving. Finish your current term there and start the next season here.
